These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between jackpot bets ("Platform", "we", "us") and its members ("you", "member", "user"). Although this document is written in Bangla, it adheres to international legal standards.

• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• If one leg of a multiple (acca) bet is cancelled, it will be removed from the multiplier.

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

• After an account closure request is submitted, any remaining balance is typically paid out within 48 hours.
• Once self-exclusion is active, your account cannot be reactivated before the set period expires.
• Jackpot Bets reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.

If a dispute arises regarding any part of these terms and conditions, please first try to resolve it with the Jackpot Bets support team. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be settled through international arbitration.
